Dallas County Courthouse

The Dallas County Courthouse located in Adel, Iowa was a Ludowici Red English and Shingle style clay tile roof. Renaissance Roofing, Inc performed what we call a pick up and relay of the existing tiles and trim tile accessories (which last for hundreds of years), it’s the underlayments, copper inlaid gutters and all associated copper flashings. Copper flashings fail over a period of 80 to 100 years and require a specialist, such as Renaissance Roofing, to erect scaffold around the entire building and perform this very complex restoration process so that future generations can enjoy the true beauty and integrity of this beautiful building.
