With our headquarters in Belvidere Illinois, we are positioned well to service the entire state of Illinois. However, we consider the Chicagoland area our anchor point.

The city of Chicago and the northern suburbs of Lake Bluff, Lake Forest, Highland Park, Glencoe, Winnetka, Wilmette Evanston, Skokie, Park Ridge and Des Plains are less than 90 minutes commute from our location and we have crews in these cities on a daily basis. Many of these Ludowici tile roofs and Vermont slate roofs were installed during the 1920's and 1930's and now require extensive restoration.

We have an extensive list of tile and slate roof repairs and restorations in the Oak Park, River Forest neighborhoods. The Oak Brook, Riverside, La Grange, Elmhurst, Naperville, Glen Ellyn and Melrose Park neighborhoods also boast many tile roofs that have been restored by our company. The replacement of copper gutter and copper downspouts is also a major business for us, as they are part of just about every tile roof and slate roof. During the summer of 2007 we restored the Cheney Mansion for the Oak Park Park District that included a Ludowici shingle tile, copper flashings, copper roofs, copper gutters, copper collector boxes, and copper downspouts. We even installed a snow and ice melt system to help protect the roof and gutters from ice damage.

In Chicago neighborhoods like Hyde Park, Humboldt Park, Beverly and along the Gold Coast, we have worked on many turn of the century mansions, restoring the original copper flashings and tile roof or slate roof systems. Throughout the city, the Chicago Bungalow is famous for design and function, we have worked on hundreds of Chicago bungalow roofs.

Outer suburbs of Chicago like Barrington, Schaumburg, Wheeling, and Elgin also contain historical Vermont slate roofs and even older concrete tile roofs like those found on many Chicago Bungalow roofs.
